A quick post to let you know we are looking for 3 last sponsors to cover the cost of the opening breakfast, and two snack stations (tea, coffee and snacks 24/7 throughout the event). Sponsorship costs just £750 + VAT.

Sponsorship gets you the following (as well as the gratitude of all the attendees):

  • a chance to place promotional materials at the snack station, or make an announcement during the breakfast, depending on what you sponsor
  • a chance to place promotional materials in a swag bag, and posters etc around the event
  • your logo in place on this blog, as well as a post about anything you want to promote, a post announcing your sponsorship, and a shout on the wiki and the twitter feed
  • 2 tickets to the event, which will enable each attendee to give a 30 min talk about anything they like
