If you’d like to stay over, and you’re welcome to, please bring a sleeping bag and a camping mat.
If you’re bringing a laptop, don’t forget your charger. Also please bring a network cable so you can plug in to the network as we’re not providing wifi (due to problems other conferences have had in the recent past - wired is just more reliable for unknown kit.) We’ll have some spare cables as Imagination have given us some, but it’d be great if you could bring your own.
We’ve got projectors, they have VGA ports so please bring an adapter for them if your laptop needs one.
If you’ve got slides to show, it’d be a good idea to back them up to a pen drive or CD, just in case you need to show them through someone else’s computer.
Don’t forget yourself :-)
