Thanks for setting up the meeting, as was.

Could the main points of it be summarized, for those who couldn't go owing to distance? I'm coming over from Oxfordshire on the weekend to join some soon-to-be Brightonians, but none of us would've made this meeting (if there's a summary on Upcoming, apologies: network is playing up right now).

Being a barcamp newbie, at the moment I've no idea what I'm meant to say, when I'm meant to say it or how long after that point to stop talking! barcamp.org's definition of what happens is pretty shapeless. Should I prepare slides? Should I wing it, and hope that instead I can volunteer to make 80 cups of tea?
